The Refined Rebel skin and beauty Policies

Your appointments are very important to Jordynn at The Refined Rebel, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. During the evenings Thursday's and Friday's along with Saturday's we are at our busiest. If you require an appointment during that time and do not cancel within the 24 hour time frame you will no longer be eligible for those time slots unless a $50 payment is made (this will go toward the treatment) if you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame you lose the $50 credit as this pays for our time. If you are scheduled and "No-Show" you will be required to pay full price for your next service up front before you will be put on the schedule.

 

The breakdown:

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $50 to reserve the next service and will go towards that service. If the cancelation of that appointment is not given within the 24 hour time frame you forfeit the charge.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the next service amount in order to be put on the schedule.  

​

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping Jordynn's schedules full, thus better serving everyone.

The Refined Rebel LLC and Jordynn Lucero do not provide refunds of any kind.

​

In addition to these above policies The Refined Rebel LLC and Jordynn Lucero reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
